producing model Licence To Operate Documentation (LTO) for Production Facility
‘Jones Creek’ as part of an Operations Information System (OIS). All facilities
in Shell Nigeria have been following this standard. Auditors from external
consultants (Veritas) commended the document management solutions. An
integrated Corporate Asset Register was realised, based on Livelink/Opentext.

all Data in NAM. Responsible for steering, supervising and controlling the

recorded by introducing a Corporate Information Warehouse with related

introduction of SAP Finance and Logistics. This resulted in a successful
introduction of SAP in Shell Chemicals and the first SAP installation in the Shell
Group. The development was the precursor to EuroSAP and has been recorded as a
breakthrough performance in the Shell Group. Based on the results of
introduction of SAP in Shell Chemicals and EuroSAP it
was decided for Shell worldwide roll out.
